Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not accept exchanges. If you would prefer another item, just return the unwanted merch for a refund and place a new order online via our website.
If the product is not washed, worn or damaged (CD’s/DVD’s must be unopened), you can send it back to us for a refund. Please include the merchandise, order number, and a note explaining the return; we can refund the price of the your order not including shipping.

**However, all products made to order (custom) are FINAL. Unless the product is defective, we are unable to issue a refund or return.

Returns must be sent back to Gamezbyte / Warehousing Pro within 45 days of purchase. PayPal orders must be sent back within 30.

Any merch returned after this time frame or that are washed, worn, damaged or have an unpleasant odor will be shipped right back to you. We will not accept these as returns.
