Xbox series x what to expect

This year's video game world will become even more exciting. With the release of two major next-generation consoles: Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5, the situation for console gamers is improving.

Today we will focus on the new Xbox Series X and our expectations for this new generation of game consoles. This follows a blog post recently published by Phil Spencer on the Xbox website, detailing some expected improvements and technologies. Here, we will summarize the most interesting news for you.

Xbox is committed to ensuring that the Xbox Series X "shows an excellent balance of power and speed in the console design."

The following are some of the more significant features and additional features of the next-generation Xbox game console:

Xbox Series X is supported by a custom-designed processor that uses AMD’s Zen 2 and RDNA 2 architecture. This means that the processing speed is four times that of Xbox One. The

processor provides 12 TERAFLOPS of GPU performance, which is twice that of Xbox One X and eight times that of the original Xbox One.

All of these will bring higher frame rates, better processing speeds and a more immersive gaming experience.

Xbox Series X will use hardware-accelerated DirectX ray tracing technology, which is the first time in a console game.

The result of using ray tracing means that the game will have accurate reflections, realistic acoustics and lighting, all of which will help make any game feel like a completely immersive experience and let people get lost in it. We envision it being particularly exciting when playing open world games such as Assassin’s Creed and Red Dead Redemption II on this console.

Xbox has a proprietary form of VRS that allows developers to observe personal effects on specific game characters or important elements in the game. This is the use of GPU loops to uniformly control the enhancement of each pixel on the screen.

This method will lead to a more stable frame rate and better resolution, Xbox said it will not have a negative impact on image quality.

Xbox has promised that this console will be defined as "more games and less waiting." They achieved this in different ways, first by looking at everything between the game and the player.

Xbox Series X will support up to 120 FPS, which should be able to get a high and stable frame rate when playing your favorite games.

Xbox’s commitment to providing 120 FPS support also gives developers more freedom to surpass the standard 60 FPS to enhance the realism, action and immersion of the game, because there is now a market for consoles that can run these types of games.

Xbox Series X will be equipped with next-generation SSDs, allowing games to load as quickly as possible. This will affect the gameplay, especially in open world games, when you travel from one place to another you have to wait. The Xbox

will also optimize latency by using wireless controllers that use proprietary high-bandwidth wireless communications.

DLI is a new feature that instantly syncs input with displayed content. This will make the control feel more responsive. The

quick resume function allows players to immediately resume multiple games from a suspended state. This will load the game and take you back to wherever you are, without letting users sit on the long loading screen they have passed.

Through cooperation with the HDMI Forum and TV manufacturers, Xbox will introduce features such as variable refresh rate (VRR) and automatic low latency mode (ALLM). The

VRR synchronizes the screen refresh rate with the game frame rate to provide a smooth game experience with minimal delay. ALLM will allow Xbox Series X to automatically ensure that the connected monitor is set to the lowest latency mode.

Xbox said they are committed to compatibility, which means they will make all existing Xbox One games backward compatible. This also includes older generations of Xbox console games that were previously backward compatible.

They will also use smart delivery, a technology that ensures that you only need to buy a game once and that you can play it on the new console or the previous generation console. The Xbox Game Pass

will also release major games like Halo Infinite during the next-gen console launch, so if you choose to upgrade, you won't miss a chance.

These are the main things we can expect from the next generation of Xbox consoles. With a commitment to improving speed, graphics, connectivity, and the emergence of new technologies, we can’t wait to finalize it after its launch at the end of the year. The

Xbox Series X is currently undergoing an internal Takehome show. It has received a lot of positive feedback and looks very promising.

The next batch of news seems to be released during E3, so stay tuned!
