Windows 11 known issues preview build

Based on the initial preview of Windows 11 (to be precise, Windows 11 preview 22000.51), Microsoft itself published a list of current known issues, including minor bugs and more serious UI and compatibility issues.

Microsoft wishes to emphasize that Windows 11 is understandably not yet released, so these issues are unavoidable. They are still resolving all the issues related to Windows Insider members testing the product.
