Sega is polling users about which series they want to see more of

Sega revealed on Gamescom that it is releasing a remastered anthology called The Yakuza Remastered Collection for PlayStation 4, which contains a surprising amount of content. Check out the announcement trailer for the latest editing of The Yakuza Remastered Collection provided by Sega.

includes Yakuza 3, Yakuza 4, and Yakuza 5. The problem is that Sega chose games that were staggered on the PlayStation Store starting from Yakuza 3, and they are now available for download. From there, Yakuza 4 will arrive on October 29, 2019, while Yakuza 5 will not be available until February 11, 2020.

All three games have significant visual enhancements, re-creating the original 720p at 30fps, jumping to 1080p at 60fps, and performance improvements. The game has also been repositioned through script modification and rewriting to be closer to the original Japanese version. Each version of

will also include all the content extracted from the previous Western version, which until now is limited to the Japanese version. For starters, Yakuza 3 includes Mahjong, Shogi and Cabaret mini games and some new game stories for players to enjoy. There will also be some quality of life improvements to further enhance the overall experience.

Those who want a physical copy must wait until February 11, 2020 to get the limited-edition DayOne boxed edition, which contains a 2-disc digital package for all three games and a Yakuza 5 exclusive PlayStation 3 collection box.
