Msi x299 motherboards

CES 2020 hosted some wonderful technologies from our favorite brands, and since we like games on WePC, MSI can’t miss it! MSI participated in the event with several of its own innovations, from new pre-designed ideas to improved gaming laptops. The products that really caught our attention on WePC were the new X570 Tomahawk WiFi and Creator TRX40 motherboards.

Yes, we added B450 to the X570 series. The new Tomahawk will continue to be similar to the B450's predecessor, with a military-style beauty and black radiator. This rugged motherboard is specially built for the high-end third-generation Ryzen CPU, with an improved thermal solution and digital PWM IC design. The

MSI MAG X570 Tomahawk will have a 12-phase CPU power supply and also support fast RAM.

In addition to the core boost technology, we also saw the Frozr radiator design, which integrates a dual ball bearing fan and a larger surface area to provide better temperature. The motherboard will be equipped with WiFi, 2.5G gaming LAN and the latest WiFi6 solution, which can provide huge bandwidth and incredible data transfer speed.

It is worth noting that we also saw the announcement of the Creator TRX40 motherboard for the new Threadripper processor. These new models will use aggressive VRM design, 16-phase 70A digital power supply and three-phase SOC power supply to provide a certain degree of stability. As you would expect from the TRX40, they will also be equipped with 10G and Pro WiFi.

It seems that the MSI MAG X570 TOMAHAWK will be released in the next three months, and the price is reasonable, with a retail price of around US$200.
