AMD customers will be very happy to know that they will soon be able to unlock their CPUs faster than they originally thought. This is good news, because turbo clocks generally stay the same after purchase.

AMD developer 1usmus has been working on a custom power plan that allows optimization of the power state of the new Ruilong 3000 processor to provide clock gain of up to 200 250MHz.

This will benefit multi-core processors, including 3950X and 3900X. Even increasing the clock speed to 250MHz is a huge gain, especially if you weren't expecting it.

According to 1usmus, this module currently works best with more than 8 cores, such as Ryzen 3900 and 3900X processors; however, other processors will still receive positive benefits. When using this new power plan, the

processor will also be more energy efficient. This is achieved by 1usmum using an optimized load balancer approach. This custom stack will charge the best possible core, enabling higher magnification and higher energy efficiency. The official recommendation of

has been sent to AMD, so hopefully this means it will be officially released soon. AMD is likely to continue with this as an update because it is a huge improvement for users.

If you can’t wait for the official launch, you can download a custom power plan here. The original 1usmus article also has instructions, so be sure to read it carefully before updating.

This is great news for AMD users and their brand image. Being able to buy hardware that continues to improve after release is a hype and can bring a greater return on your investment.

Although some people may wonder why this is not taken into account or included in the release, the fact that the hardware can increase power and efficiency after its release is impressive.

What do you think of this news? These processors have gotten better, are you surprised? Tell us in the comment section below, we'd love to hear your thoughts and opinions.
