Amd reveal radeon rx 5600 xt
AMD first announced the launch of its latest Radeon RX-RX 5600 XT graphics card at the 2020 International Consumer Electronics Show just weeks later. This is the third Navi10 desktop model graphics card in the RX 5000 series.
The new RX 5600 XT card will be equipped with 2304 stream processors, the same number as the RX 5700 nonXT model. Considering the price, this is an unusual decision for AMD. The
Radeon RX 5600 XT also has a 192-bit interface and 6GB GDDR6 memory. According to official regulations, the memory limit of this card is 12 Gbps. However, board-level partners can increase it to 14 Gbps and further increase the bandwidth from 288 Gb/s to 336 Gbps. The reason behind the
official specification does not explain the full potential of the graphics card, which is related to some last-minute changes in the graphics card.
You may have heard recently that Nvidia decided to lower the price of GeForce RTX 2060 nonSUPER. Everyone is guessing how AMD will respond.
AMD promises to provide better performance to ensure that its models remain highly competitive. AMD provided better vBIOS for motherboard partners, announced the minimum specifications at CES 2020, and promised to improve them in time before the release date. The
new BIOS means a 10% to 20% increase in clock speed. It also provides higher memory bandwidth and higher TGP. In terms of
game clock, RX 5600 XT reached 1375MHz. The official figure is 1560MHz to increase the clock speed, but the AIB card will be able to reach an impressive 1750MHz.
However, it will depend on whether the system is cool to handle it and from pre-configured graphics functions. For example, the TBP of the 5600 XT is 150W in the official specifications, but some models can reach 180W.
The good news is that this graphics card will be available today on January 21st. The current price is 279 US dollars (USD). However, if you choose a custom model, then of course it will cost more.
We are already very happy to see a new Radeon graphics card released at the 2020 International Consumer Electronics Show. When we found out that they promised to increase speed a few weeks before the release date, we were a bit skeptical that it could be completed in time.
There's no release date delay though, and you can use this graphics card starting today - this is impressive work from AMD.
