Amd navi gpus 2

So far, we know that AMD has only confirmed two RX 5500 series GPUs, RX 5500M and RX 5500. We know that these cards are similar in several ways, but the main differentiating factor is that the mobile version contains less memory. And a slightly lower clock speed.

has recently discovered 12 other devices in the Navi 14 series, but has not yet provided a graphics card. The RX 5500 XT card appears to be one of these listed device IDs. We are still waiting for more news about the upcoming Navi 14 RX 5500 XT card, which appears to have 1,536 RDNA cores.

Earlier this week, Twitter user Komachi_Ensaka leaked the ID list. We can see from the linked tweet that 14 device IDs are listed, including entries for the Radeon RX 5500m and RX 5500.

is now only because there are 14 separate entries, which does not mean we will see another 12 versions. Some of the device IDs may have never been used, but are simply inactive.

Another possibility is that a considerable chunk of the ID will be used in upcoming iMac and MacBooks, and will even be reserved as a test unit inaccessible to the public. The best case scenario is that we will see separate versions of the remaining items, but I won't have much hope. The

RX5500M and RX 5500 have entries 7340: C1 and 7340: C7 respectively. Both GPUs appeared in the CompuBench database before the announcement.

However, it is interesting that there are two additional entries, the strings 7341: 00 and 7340: CF also appear in the CompuBench database list. However, it is not clear whether these lists are accurate, as they look very similar to the original RX 5500M and RX 5500 lists.

The main difference in these lists is the memory configuration. The strange thing is that 7340: 00 is listed with 8GB GDDR6, while 7340: CF is only equipped with 3GB... Unless we back down in time, we think this is a mistake, or it may be the low-end GPU in the budget. market.

Although these lists seem interesting, they are only guesswork when it comes to determining if they correspond to the real version. We may see several new versions of this list, but we suspect we will see more "M" variants.

As usual, we will keep you informed of any news about these cards. Hope we can get more specific information on several of these lists, maybe even the release date of the RX 5500 XT card?
